The Online Store is backed up by a bricks and mortars store and Sleep Specialist practice in a central location in Sydney – O’Connell Street, CBD. There are CPAP therapists and Sleep Physicians on hand in the city location for expert medical assistance if required.

Patients purchasing through the Online Store have the option of:

• purchasing CPAP equipment only to be delivered by post (medical scripts are required for CPAP machine supply)
• purchasing additional therapist support packages for phone and on-site CPAP technical support and monitoring
• being reviewed by our on-site Sleep Physicians for further specialist management if required (GP or Specialist referrals are required and additional costs apply)
