Return, Refund, Exchange and Shipping Policy

In accordance with best medical practice and to ensure you receive the right CPAP equipment, we can only supply CPAP machines after you have supplied us with a doctors script detailing the machine you need and the pressure settings. You can upload this script at check out or email the script to us. We will then also ensure your machine is set as per your medical requirements.

In accordance with our Philips Respironics supply agreement, we can only sell and supply Philips Respironics CPAP equipment after a consultation with one of CPAP therapists or Sleep Physicians at our city store.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your situation. You have seven days to return and exchange an item. As you are purchasing medical equipment with associated hygiene issues, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the same condition and original packaging. You are responsible for the packaging and shipping of returned items.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if the terms and conditions are not met.

If your item is unused and in original condition, we can process a refund to same account your payment came from or you can purchase an alternative item with your store credit.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us to discuss. We will contact the supplier and resolve the issue with you.

Returning Items with Hygienic Seals

Items with hygienic seal can only be returned if the seal is intact unless the item itself is defective. These items are CPAP masks, seals, filters, humidifier chambers and mask parts.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

If your item is unused and in original condition, we can process a refund to same account your payment came from or you can purchase an alternative item with your store credit.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping Australia wide on orders over $100. Items can also be picked up from our Sydney CBD store.

Orders are processed and posted within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified by email with the new expected delivery time.
