Follow Up Consultation for Sleep Physician

Prepayment is needed when you book your follow up consultation with one of our Sleep Physicians. One of our receptionists from Sydney Sleep Centre will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your appointment. A current referral is necessary in order to claim your Medicare rebate. Please email your new referral to info@sleepcentres.com.au. We will advise you if this is necessary when contacting you to book your appointment.
